In this poisitin, you'll be testing out the Recruiter box functionality.  I think that, if this works, it woudl be a nice way to have our HR staff gain access to a better feature set of tools for recuriting and applicant tracking.

You will need to be able to do the following:

• Post job openings
• Search for openings
• Submit resumes
• Track submissions
• Email favorites

We know it won't do the following:

1. Manage documents
2. Do prescreening questionnaires
3. Cure cancer
